The Ultimate Blueberry Pancakes
If we could have pancakes for breakfast every day, we would. And with this nutritious and simple recipe, we just might.
All you need to make this recipe is a blender, a skillet, and some ingredients you might already have.
In a blender, combine:
1 banana
2 eggs
1/4 cup oat flour: If you don’t have oat flour, simply blend quick cooking rolled oats in your blender.
2 tbsp protein powder: This step is optional, but a great way to add some extra protein and flavor. Check the WellAmi app to find protein powders you’ll love.
1 tsp chia seeds
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp salt
Pour the mixture onto a heated skillet and add your blueberries.
